We want you to be happy with your products. If you’re not, let’s fix it.
All returns/exchanges are processed as returns. Because of quickly fluctuating inventory levels, we do not offer a traditional exchange option.
For exchanges, if you want a different product because you ordered the wrong size or the fit isn't right, please go through the returns page and select "Store Credit" option. When the item is received in the warehouse you will be issued a store credit and can purchase the correct size or an alternative item.
All three conditions must apply.
Within 30 days of purchase date, send items back in (1) new, (2) unworn and unwashed condition, (3) with tags attached for either a cash refund or store credit.
We do not refund the original shipping fees unless we made an error.
Cost of prepaid return/exchange labels are deducted from your cash refund amount, but not from store credit amount. Store credit refunds traded for cash will have the cost of return shipping deducted.
For international orders, prepaid return labels are not yet available. Please use the returns page to initiate a return. You will then receive an email confirmation that includes the shipping address of our warehouse.
All sale or clearance purchases are final. No returns accepted.
