Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for in-stock orders (within 30 days of receiving your package for preorders) by making a request through our return center.

Cost of prepaid return labels will be deducted from your cash/credit refund amount -- but not from a store credit request amount. Store credit refunds traded for cash will have the cost of return shipping deducted. We do not refund the original shipping fees unless we made an error. We don't offer direct exchanges because our inventory changes so rapidly.

Each partner has a high mark on their BSCI ethical audit, or has reached SA8000 standard.
