Returns for refund will have the cost of return shipping deducted and are only allowed if requested within the first 35 days

Exchanges are free: We cover return shipping and shipping of the replacement item.
You may exchange the same item up to two times per order.
Discounts are honored on the first exchange only.
Returns for store credit (gift card) come with a $5 bonus, which generally covers the return shipping cost.

Processing a Return or Exchange

To get started, you’ll need:
- Your order number, including the “@” symbol (e.g., @355000 or EXC@355000 for second exchanges).
- The email used to place the order.

Exchanges
- We cover shipping both ways.
- Exchanges are submitted when your return is scanned by USPS.
- Items cannot be reserved — if an item sells out before your return is processed, a refund will be issued instead.
- Only the first exchange will carry over any applied discounts.

- please remember you’ll only be able to request a refund to your original payment method within the first 35 days of purchase
- If returning for a gift card, we’ll still deduct return shipping, but you’ll get a $5 bonus to offset the cost.

If Your Return Doesn’t Meet Our Requirements
- Returns must follow the outlined requirements.

Final sale or unqualified items:
- You’ll be offered to pay shipping to have them sent back to you.
- Otherwise, we will donate them after 10 days of no response.
- No refund or store credit will be issued for unqualified items.
Return Label Expiry
- Your return label is valid for 22 days from creation.
- Please ship your return within that window.
Can I Combine Multiple Returns?
- No — each return/exchange request must be shipped separately using the corresponding label.
- Do not combine items from separate requests in one box.

Using Your Own Return Label
- Yes, but you are responsible for ensuring it arrives safely.
- Send your tracking info to info@paragonfitwear.com so we can process your return.
- Use a service with tracking — we cannot compensate for lost packages.
International Returns
- We do not offer prepaid labels for international returns.
- Ship via your local postal service or international carrier.
- Be sure to use tracking and email us the number at info@paragonfitwear.com.

- We don't mark up shipping—ever.
- Shipping delays may occur—especially during holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary by carrier.
- How can I get free Shipping? — Our Permanent offer for free shipping depends on the value of the purchase calculated AFTER any discount code applied and BEFORE tax and shipping fees
- For US Domestic — automatically applied to orders over $150 USD
- For Canada, UK and Australia — automatically applied to orders over $250 USD
When Will My Order Ship?
- Fulfillment time for all orders: Our team requires 3 business days to process, package, and fulfill your order — Usually, we're a lot faster than that, but when navigating through a high demand of orders and we might take those 3 business days
- Shipping ETA:
- Domestic Orders: Usually ship in 2-8 business days (we also offer overnight shipping and FedEx 2-day shipping)
- International Orders: Typically arrive in 7-16 business days (please mind that customs may add up to 3 weeks and we can not control this)

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to:
Albania, Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Morocco, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Peru, Slovenia, Tunisia

Customs & Duties
International customers must pay duties and taxes at delivery. These are set by your country’s customs office. Not paying them will cause the package to return to us.

How do I know if and Item is/was on Final Sale?
- When purchasing:
At the product page and under the product, you'll find a text in color red that says: "Final Sale - Because we are selling this product at a significant discount we do not accept returns or exchanges"

- At the Returns Portal: It won't allow you to process a return/exchange
If that’s the case, you can go to the product page at our website and confirm, but if the return portal allows you to process it, then it is now on Final Sale!

Can I combine returns if I generated more than 1 return request?
- Please DON'T! : It's super important that each item is returned using its corresponding shipping label and packing slip:
- If you have generated 2 or more return labels. the items must be packed separately, even if the items are from the same order.
- Our system is automated, and it will look for the notification of the scanned shipping label to approve and process the request.
