Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your products. If you’re not, let’s fix it.
Here is an overview of our policies:
- Starting on November 1st 2024, all orders placed will have a 100-day return/exchange window.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Our Headbands and UNDWR Thongs can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

How do exchanges work?
- Exchanges are free:
- We cover return shipping and shipping on your new item.
- You can exchange items up to 2 times per order.
- Discounts will be honored for your first exchange order, but will not carry over to further exchanges made on the initial order.
- Exchange order will be placed at the time your return is scanned in by the post office.

Please note that while we do our best to honor exchange requests, items cannot be reserved and may sell out by the time your return is processed.
If this happens, we will refund you to your original form of payment.
How do returns work?
- Returns for refund will have the cost of return shipping deducted from the refund.
- However, if you choose to return for a gift card, a $5.00 incentive is offered that generally covers the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds are initiated at the time your return is scanned in by the post office.
How do I process a return or an exchange?
- To access you’ll need:
- Your order number including the "@" (ex. @355000 or EXC@355000 if you’re processing a 2nd exchange for that same order)
- The email you used to place the order.

What happens if my returned items don’t meet the return requirements?
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets our listed return requirements
- If your return doesn’t meet our requirements or includes final sale items, you’ll have the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or we will donate them to charity.
- If we don’t receive a response from you within 10 days, the goods will be donated.
- Refunds or store credit are not available for items that don’t meet the return requirements or for final sale items.
- Exchanges: No cost; we cover return shipping and shipping on your new item.
- Returns for Refund: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns for Gift Card: We will deduct the cost of the return shipping fee, however an extra $5.00 incentive is provided and that generally covers the cost of return shipping.
Do I have a limited window of time to use a generated return label?
- Yes, please drop the package within 22 days after creating the request: the return label provided expires 22 days from the day it was created
When are refunds and exchanges processed?
- Refunds and exchanges are initiated once your return is scanned in by the post office (USPS).
- No, unfortunately, our system will not be able to process both orders if they are combined.
- If you have 2 Exchange/Return Request open, make sure to send the items from each exchange/return using their corresponding return labels, Do not send them in 1 package if you have generated 2 different return labels)

- Yes, however if you do it’s your responsibility to ensure the package arrives back to us and to notify us that you shipped a return.
- Please share the tracking information with our support team as soon as you get it so that they can process the corresponding refund (info@paragonfitwear.com)
- We highly recommend using a label with tracking information, as we cannot provide compensation if the package does not arrive.
What are your policies on international returns?
- Currently, we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders (we’re so sorry!) But you’re still able to process a return:
- You will need to ship the return through your local postal system or an international carrier.
- It’s highly recommended to use a tracking number for international returns.
- Please share the tracking information with our support team as soon as you get it so that they can process the corresponding refund (info@paragonfitwear.com)
