How to Choose Your Fabric

Start by thinking about how you want your leggings to feel and what you'll be using them for.

Are you looking for:

Comfort & Everyday Wear
Comfortable Performance
Snatching, High Compression & Extra Support

💡 TIP: If you're between sizes, compression matters:

Size up for High-compression fabrics

Size down for Low-compression fabrics since they are more forgiving and stretchy.

Fitting & Size FAQs

I'm between sizes. What should I choose?

Let fabric compression guide your choice

  • For mid and high compressive fabrics (RecStretch™, FormLux™, CurveFlex™) ➡️ size up
  • For low compressive fabrics ➡️ size down
Is it normal for high-compressing or sculpting leggings feel tight at first?

Yes — compression pieces are meant to feel snug when putting them on.

However, if you notice:

  • uncomfortable pinching
  • waistband rolling
  • fabric overstretching

You may want to size up
